Our tools are not medical advice
Our planners, templates and guides are practical tools for organization and reflection. They are not medical, psychological or professional advice, diagnosis or treatment. Talk to a qualified professional about your health.
Free tools
Free tools we send you are for your own personal use. Please don't resell, redistribute or claim them as your own. You're welcome to tell people where to get them.
Purchases
Everything we sell is sold through our Etsy shop. Orders, payments, downloads and refunds are handled under Etsy's Terms of Use and the policies on our shop page.
Our content
The text, designs and images on this site and in our posts belong to Drew Speed, doing business as It's Not That Simple. Sharing a link or reposting with credit is fine. Copying our products or designs to sell is not.
If you sign up, we'll email you the free tool you asked for, a short series of follow-up emails about it, and occasional emails about new tools until you unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe any time with the link in every email. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your address.
No guarantees
We work hard to make the site and tools useful and accurate, but we provide them “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses from using the site, our content or the free tools, and our total liability for anything arising from them is limited to the amount you paid us for the item in question (which for free tools is nothing). Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, USA.
